The botanical nourishing face cleanser features a pleasant, subtle lime fragrance and a caramel hue. It lathers easily into a fine, luxurious foam and is gentle on the skin while providing thorough cleansing. The citrusy scent is particularly enjoyable. The accompanying pink wash sponge is dense, resilient, and high-quality, offering effective scrubbing and exfoliation. However, I find it slightly abrasive for my face, so I typically use just my hands and fingers to apply the face cleanser.
This Botanical Nourishing Face Cleanser is gentle while cleansing my skin. The cleanser is a brown color which is to be expected with botanical ingredients. I like that this is detergent-free and doesn't dry my skin. Some cleansers strip my skin so much that I have difficulty getting the moisture back but this is different. I'm always happy when a product uses natural ingredients with antioxidants to improve my skin. The sponge is a nice addition to cleanse the face gently. There is a scent but it's natural from the botanical ingredients. Nice product.
