This oil is amazing! It’s lightweight and smells like a bouquet of flowers! It’s fresh and it’s not greasy! The bottle will last for months! A little goes a long way! The oil is so potent that it lasted all day on my skin! It demands attention, as soon as I walk in a room I’m asked what perfume am I wearing! I tell people it’s not perfume, it’s body and hair oil and they can’t believe it! I’m impressed with this lovely product!
The bottle is pretty big, the oil is light almost transparent color, liquidy texture, feels oily, absorbs great, leaving skin soft. The only con is the very strong scent. It smells like real jasmine flowers, pleasant, but overwhelming. I think I'd be adding a few drops to unscented body oils instead of using as is.
This hair and body oil is absolutely gorgeous! The scent is definitely floral-forward with the jasmine, but it's not overly sweet. It's reminiscent of warm summer evenings. I applied just a few drops to my hair before showering, and the scent lingers after without being overwhelming. This makes for an equally nourishing overnight hair mask, and I've also applied this oil directly to my skin without issue. This is quickly becoming my go-to scent for the summer due to its versatility as both a hair and body oil. Apart from the benefits of the oil itself, the fragrance alone is worthy of repurchasing this oil again and again!
Botanical Gardenia Bloom Oil has a strong fragrance. A little goes a long way. This is a good thing if you LOVE the smell of gardenias, as I do. I put a little on my skin after a shower and it lasts for hours. Oil makes my long hair limp, but I do put a dab of Botanical Gardenia Bloom Oil on the ends of my hair, so I can sniff the scent of fresh flowers throughout the day!
